For my illustrated Book Cover series, I leaned towards the Magic Treehouse. This series of books was around when I was in elementary school. During those elementary school days, especially on Wednesdays, we should visit the Library because it was Library day. We were told to pick a book to read. After we read a book, we had to take a quiz on the computer to prove that we actually read the book. I’m not too sure what the reading program for the quizzes was called. Whenever I looked around our school library, the Magic Treehouse books were always on the shelves. This series was a page-turner and it would take me to fantasy worlds beyond my imagination. That’s how powerful those books were, feeling like you’re entering into a different world.
